Kissimmee, Florida sponsors many special events and activities each week to promote tourism and according to them, the following are the events planned for the week of February 20 – 26, 2012.

My Fair Lady (Musical)

Friday, February 24-26, Osceola Center for the Arts, 407-846-6257
Catch this local production of the witty musical about Professor Henry Higgins, who takes a bet that he can transform unrefined, dirty Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle into a lady! Performances begin at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $21 general, $18 seniors and $15 students.

Kissimmee Sports Arena Rodeo

Saturday, February 25, Kissimmee Sports Arena, 407-933-0020
For visitors seeking action, the monthly rodeos are sure to deliver!  With bull and bronc riding, barrel racing, roping and more, you’ll see cowboys and cowgirls competing for bragging rights as they honor the traditions of the past. Rodeo begins at 7 p.m. Admission is $25 for adults; $10 for children 6 to 12; free for 5 and under.

Atomic Dogg Magazine 20th Issue Anniversary Dog Show

Atomic Dogg Magazine brings an event celebrating bulldogs and those who love them! Hundreds of bulldogs from around the world converge at OHP for this ABKC sanctioned event. See some of the best American Bullies! In addition, the event offers music, kid activities, food, vendors and more. Admission is $17 in advance; $20 day of event per person. Kids 12 and under are free. Dog admission is $25 per dog. Event begins at 10 a.m. Dog show is noon to 6 p.m.
